Located in the upper part of the town, this large and bright house can accommodate up to 7 people and is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends who want to relax surrounded by nature, without giving up all the comforts. Recently renovated, it offers modern, spacious and welcoming environments, embellished with a magnificent panoramic terrace that offers an open view of the Valsassina and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building serviced by an elevator, in a quiet and panoramic location. The living area is the heart of the house: a large living room with dining table, two comfortable sofas (also usable as single beds), large Smart TV and large windows that make the environment particularly bright. From the living room there is direct access to the beautiful panoramic terrace, one of the real strengths of the apartment. Here you will find a dining table where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner outside while admiring a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley, among the most beautiful in the entire area. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped for stays of any length. It has an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and everything you need to cook comfortably. There is also a practical table for breakfast or quick meals. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms. The double bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Its capacity normally allows you to take 2-3 consecutive showers without problems; then it will be necessary to wait for the water to heat up again before using other hot water. The places are not assigned or reserved and are available subject to availability, but normally there is no difficulty in finding parking even during busy periods. The town center can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, play areas and all the main services. Keep in mind that the way back to the apartment is uphill, a typical feature of this area of the country.
