Property info

Our residence was built in 2018 on the edge of the village of Stefansdorf near Riscione-Reischach. It is located at the foot of the Kronplatz which is known to be one of the most distinctive ski resorts in South Tyrol as well as a varied biking and hiking destination in summer. Some of the most popular trails start indeed a few meters away from our residence...You will be able to enjoy a sweeping view in the expanse of natural pastures and the backdrop of surrounding mountains such as the Ahrn valley mountain range. Also take advantage of a 20% discount for entry to the swimming pool and sauna cron4 in Reischach We also have the HOLIDAYPASS PREMIUM: Take advantage of the free mobility for the ski bus in winter and explore the sights in summer.

Neighborhood info

Though accommodated quietly and close to nature, it will take you just a few minutes by car to get to Riscione-Reischach and the valley station or the huge aqua park cron4. The same goes for Brunico-Bruneck, the capital of the Val Pusteria where a picturesque Old Town and cobbled alleys with boutiques and fancy cafés invite the visitor to linger for a while. If you would rather leave your car in our underground parking - go ahead: the ski bus and the public bus service stops nearby. It will take you to the valley station for free thanks to the holiday pass you get being our guest. Feel free to relax in our large garden and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The "Residence Stefansdorf" offers a vast variety of amenities you are kindly invited to benefit from. Skiers' desires are perfectly met with the spacious ski room with ski boot dryers.
