Nestled in the heart of a picturesque lakeside village, this privileged location near Menaggio lets you fully immerse yourself in the area’s magic. Just cross the street to enjoy one of Lake Como’s most breathtaking views—the panorama of Bellagio. Cafés and restaurants are within walking distance, while a short drive takes you to the ferry for easy access to all the surrounding villages. Perfect for couples seeking tranquility and stunning lake views. VERY IMPORTANT: Apartment 1 and 2 have a big terrace on the first floor, the 3 and 4 a little balcony. All the apartments have a fabolous lake view The apartments 1 and 3 are studios in an open room, they are located one on top of the other. The 2 and 4 are two bedroom apartments, the living room and kitchen are divided and located one on the top of the other. The Duplex is behing the palace and here there is a small space outside with table and 2 chairs, no lake view The access for all the apartments are the same, the old door of the ex-Hotel. Today these four apartments offer one of the most impressive views of the lake

Cadenabbia is the village before Menaggio that offers one of the unique views of this area, the town of Bellagio is right in front of us and offers us a spectacle view. A few minutes walk away we find the ferry station, Villa Carlotta and the most beautiful hotels where is possible to eat and celebrating an important anniversary will be a special occasion! As nice to cook and eat on your terrace and/or balcony, don't forget the candles to make the atmosphere great! The street is full of shops and restaurants that make this side a "riviera" to be experienced
