We opted for the apartment option, which is separate from the main building, and it turned out to be a hidden gem. The location was fantastic, offering beautiful lake views, within walking distance to the center, and with the added convenience of private gated parking. Although we were initially skeptical due to its affordability, the stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment was fully heated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed — from a coffee machine to complete bathroom amenities. The private garden and cozy living area were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lady who welcomed us was extremely kind and helpful, giving us a detailed tour and clear instructions on how to use the apartment and access the gates.

I liked everything of the property! The staff was very friendly and helpful; they even have a dog that is so sweet! The location is at a walking distance from the downtown of Bellagio, which is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and the room that we stayed at was comfortable and clean! I highly recommend this property for couples.

The property was extremely well kept and clean, very comfortable and cozy. The owners make you feel right at home. This location is just over a mile away from the water front and the walk back to the hotel is up a steady incline. It’s quite the workout, which we did not mind but some people may not be prepared for this. If you don’t have a car and are not looking for an intense climb back, consider staying closer to the water front. However, this hotel was amazing. We had the most incredible view. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. The owners are fantastic.

I love the location, the staff was very nice as well. The best part was the food!!! I definitely recommend trying all the home made pastas! Wonderful food!

All was great location and style

The hotel is private and quiet, and is close to everything in Bellagio. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, and the staff surprised her with a pancake "cake" with a candle, and left a balloon arrangement with a card in the room. The ladies at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was excellent!

Luca the hotel concierge was a charm and so sweet. Everything you need, he finds a way matter what it takes to make it happen.

Everything was great, close to the centre - 10-5 minutes walk. The room was spacious and clean.

The view is amazing. Waking up with a very nice lake view makes you feel at peace. The position is very good, close to lots of places and near the ferry boat, so you can go anywhere.

It truly felt like a home away from home, and we loved every moment. The value for money was exceptional! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Lake Como. Our room with a partly lake view was absolutely lovely — waking up to such beautiful scenery was a real highlight of the trip. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very relaxed and well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!
