The property is located on the city center and consists of five mini semi-detached apartments, 4 of which have a kitchenette. A few meters from the historical center of ortigia and the Neapolis archeological park also within walking distance.

The central location and the services offered, make the apartment ideal for both tourism and business staying, even for long periods. You can easily reach the historic center of Ortigia, the Archaeological Park, the Shrine of Our Lady of Tears, the Archaeological Museum, Piazza S. Giovanni, etc. Moreover, it is not far from the train station and links to the urban and suburban bus to go to the bathing areas and airport.
