Right in the old town of Sottomarina, located for the long and wide Beach (we are only 5 minutes from the upper house), the Centre of Sottomarina is 5 minutes, the beautiful Chioggia and the departure of the boats to Venice in 10 minutes In the phase of renovation, we have tried to make the 727 (which is the numberof the street) not a luxury home, but simply a place where you can relax and feel like at home; with all the comforts, from Wi fi to microwave, the big shower, smart tv, all in a familiar and friendly atmosphere! In order to facilitate your arrival, please tell us your arrival time via email or reeds what'up so as to be present in you Being a small company, we only accept cash and credit cards therefore we require payment at check in. Making the maximum effort into making your stay at 727 Sottomarina as pleasant as possible, we greet you cordially ATTENTION During the months of June-July-August, contact us directly and we will be happy to offer you a great price!
The 727 is the result of a long career in the hospitality industry, we have an Apt in a Spa Resort, call Abano Terme, and our apt is the MB Place Abano Terme For customers East Europe- : please if you do not have a tourist permit, do not book untill you get it If the arrival date is over 10 days from the booking date a 30% deposit is required The reservation of Booking does not entitle you to get the tourist Visa
