A spacious Art Deco-style penthouse featuring black and white Carrara marble floors and finishes, located on the fourth floor of a historic and elegant building. A unique place to stay, offering the opportunity to relax in absolute tranquility, away from noise and prying eyes. It features free WiFi, a Smart TV, air conditioning, a large terrace overlooking the rooftops, and a heated pool with whirlpool (closed in winter). The apartment features an ensuite bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with a bathroom, and a terrace with a dining table. The host will assist you throughout your stay, from booking assistance to welcoming you upon arrival, and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Conventioned parking nearby. Private chef and cooking class available upon request.
