This is a truly unique rooftop tiny house located in the heart of Via Toledo, in the monumental center of Naples. Originally an old pigeon loft, it has been transformed into a private hideaway with an exclusive panoramic terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city. From the terrace you can admire Mount Vesuvius, Galleria Umberto, Santa Brigida church, Castel Sant’Elmo, Certosa di San Martino and the Spanish Quarters. Despite being in the busiest central area of Naples, the space is incredibly quiet – you mostly hear church bells and seagulls. The interior space is very small (approximately 8 square meters total). It includes a double sofa bed, a compact kitchenette with two burners and sink, and a very small bathroom with shower. This is a minimalist, functional space designed for travelers who value atmosphere, privacy and location over size and traditional comfort. Access requires an elevator to the lower floor, about 12 steps, and a spiral staircase leading to the rooftop level. The private terrace includes a simple outdoor soaking tub that can be filled with warm water. It is not a jacuzzi or spa tub, but a simple bath designed for relaxing while enjoying the view. This property is ideal for romantic, open-minded travelers looking for a special experience rather than a standard hotel stay.

The apartment is located in Piazza Augusteo, directly on Via Toledo, one of the most central and strategic locations in Naples. Within walking distance you will find: Teatro San Carlo (the oldest opera house in the world) Piazza del Plebiscito Royal Palace Maschio Angioino The seafront promenade The port for ferries to Capri, Ischia and Procida The Central Funicular is just in front of the building and connects you to Vomero in a few minutes. The Toledo metro station is also nearby. This area is lively and full of restaurants, cafés and shops, yet the rooftop location guarantees surprising peace and privacy above the city.
