A washing machine and dryer are available in the building. Families will find a baby cot, high chair, and shared toys and books. From December 2026, a sauna will be available in the building. The apartment is on the ground floor and offers mountain views. Enjoy your private, covered terrace with direct access to a small private garden area. In the communal outdoor space, you’ll find a large open terrace, a garden with playground, a barbecue, and a fire pit. A parking space at the house and a charging station for electric cars are provided. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a ski and bike room and covered parking for motorcycles. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, mountain sports, and mountain biking. In winter, there is a small ski slope, many winter hiking trails, as well as snowshoeing and ski touring. The area is known for its natural toboggan runs, and a cross-country trail leads to Würzjoch. Major ski resorts such as Brixen, Gröden, Seiser Alm, and Sella Ronda are nearby.
