The result is amazing! We have created a small but perfectly formed guest house with five charming apartments that will make you want to stay here 365 days a year. Our Vanea Guesthouse is a private accommodation and not a hotel. Your host Anita runs the accommodation alone with a small team. Since we are a small, private accommodation, we do not have a permanently staffed reception. However, your host Anita is available by phone 24 hours a day and is also on site if you need help.

The Vanea Guesthouse consists of five individual apartments, which can be reached via the internal staircase or the elevator. You can park comfortably in our underground car park. The apartments are of different sizes (1, 2 or 3 rooms). On the top floor, 3rd floor, is our exquisite penthouse apartment, which can be reached directly by elevator. The Sunny Penthouse has 2 bathrooms with bidet. The remaining apartments are equipped with a bidet shower. Our facilities include a wellness area (with sauna, whirlpool, loungers, shower, books, tea, apples & garden), indoor playroom for young and old, a communal garden with children's playground, a rooftop terrace with seating, ski and bicycle storage. All apartments have either a large garden or a large terrace, each for exclusive use. The apartments are fully equipped (including washing machine). From each apartment you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the river in front of our Vanea. Some guests find the subtle sound of the river too loud. We love water and think it is pure relaxation. Inside the apartments you can neither hear the water splashing nor any other noises, because our furnishings such as windows etc. are of extremely high quality. All facilities, including the wellness area, are included in the price. If you would like breakfast, you can book our breakfast basket on site for an additional fee. In our Vanea you check in independently, you will receive information about the automatic self-check-in one day before arrival, you can go to the apartment independently at any time (from 2 p.m.). We attach great importance to cleanliness and order and clean the apartments extremely thoroughly. However, this means that you must stick to the normal departure time of 9 a.m. on the day of departure. Exceptions are always made whenever possible. Our prices depend on the apartment, people and length of stay.

Kiens/Chienes the ideal starting point for numerous leisure activities. With its central location, it’s easy to reach the entire Pustertal and Eisacktal valleys from Kiens. There is a wide range of hiking, skiing and cycling tours available. You can also reach South Tyrol's most popular ski resort, Kronplatz, in just 10-15 minutes by car from Kiens. The village itself has everything you need within walking distance – a bakery, pastry shop, cafe, restaurant, supermarket, butcher, chemist, bank, post office, hairdresser, beauty salon and tennis court. There is a bus stop (+ ski bus) close to our Guesthouse. From our Vanea Guesthouse you can also take a lovely hike to the Issinger Weiher natural bathing lake, which is around 1.3 km away. Shops and shopping opportunities can be found in the nearest towns of Bruneck (10-15 minutes by car) and Brixen (20 minutes by car).
