The apartment Vecchia Stazione is located in a strategical position as in front of the ferry/ train station, now became a cycle/pedestrian path. however boat port as well as the bus stop. Car is not needed to discover the Lake. Vecchia Stazione is literally 2 minutes walk from Menaggio centre and from all the shops, restaurants and bars. Vecchia Stazione it’s a very good starting point to visit all the villages and their marvelous and colorful gardens without the use of the car. Like many houses on the lake Como there is no A/C, among other things this is a historical building because it was the old Menaggio-Porlezza-Lugano, however it has thick walls that keep the internal temperature cool in a natural way and it is equipped with portable fans in all the rooms. Vecchia Stazione offers you all the comforts for an holiday full of relax in a cozy apartment.

Neighborhood info

Vecchia Stazione is located on n front of the ferry/boat port, and next to the bus stop. No car is needed to visit the lake. The apartment is literally 2 walking minutes from Menaggio centre and all the shops. In the same building you have Consorzio Agrario (minimarket).
