AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND BEDROOM FROM JUNE TO AUGUST. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged for one night only. This apartment boasts stunning views of Lake Maggiore from every room. Upstairs: living room (with sofa bed for 3 or 4 guests) and kitchen with all appliances and accessories. Krups coffee machine with various Nespresso-compatible capsules. Downstairs: large bedroom and bathroom. Towels, sheets, and duvets are provided. WIFI, FINAL CLEANING, AND TOURIST TAX ARE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Free private parking is always available (no prior request necessary), and small pets are welcome for a fee of 25.00 for the entire stay. Not suitable for elderly people, children, or those with mobility difficulties due to the presence of stairs.
