The structure consists of 5 separate houses, Villa phoenix, Alexandrae apartment, Ravanea apartment kenzia apartment and the owner's house. It is located in the area of Syracuse, and more specifically within the marine protected area "Plemmirio" The feeling you get is to be in harmony with nature surrounded by tropical plants. We are in contact with the tranquility and elegance of authentic Sicily. distance from the sea is 700 meters and bicycles are available for free. Each house has a private veranda, while the beautiful swimming pool and solarium are shared. Villa Bismarkia, It has a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Alexandrae apartment has two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple room, large kitchen, living room. It is also ideal for long periods. Ravanea apartment has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the room, large kitchen, living room. It is a loft with a lot of charm. kenzia apartment has two double bedrooms, one bathrooms, large kitchen, living room. it is located on the basement level.
