Seated in nature but close to the town (reachable by car in 5 minutes), it offers maximum privacy and breathtaking lake views from almost all rooms. Situated in the peaceful area of Toscolano Maderno, modern and elegant with a private garden and swimming pool with waterfall and counter-current swim. This Villa is the best solution for families or groups of 10 people. Also highly recommended for 2 families who want to share their holidays without giving up their independence. Both floors, ground and first connected by stairs, include a living area with kitchen and sleeping area with attached bathrooms. The house has a panoramic terrace above the roof that could be used as a solarium area and terraces attached to the bedrooms on the first floor for relaxing moments with a lake view. There’s also an external independent area adjoining the kitchen on the first floor equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Romantic well-lit swimming pool with waterfall and counter-current swim for skilled swimmers of new construction, with front garden suitable for moments of sharing or for cocktail hour in the pool.
