You can wake up and have your breakfast in the terrace, refresh yourself jumping in the pool before going to the beach. When back in the evening jumping again in the pool, sitting there and admiring the sunset (the villa has a wonderful sunset view) while sipping a glass of wine. Take your long and shower and be ready to walk to the city center for a marvelous dinner. You want to stay out till late and have a couple of more drinks in the vibrant nightlife of Noto? No problem: to go back home it is only a couple of minutes walk. The outer area is very private with very limited direct view from the neighbors.

Villa Edda belongs to a family resident in the region of Venice in the North East of Italy. The first building (the place is actually a collection of different buildings) was acquired in 2018 and went trough a massive conservative renovation. The family, in love with the village of Noto, wanted to make a renovation respecting the style of the village: high quality material were used such as lime and ancient stones (few hundreds years old) along with the most modern techniques to avoid any possible source of humidity. Each room is furnished with an air conditioning machine and a central heating is available for the winter time when the outer pool can be heated. Each bed has got a high end mattress tht will make your sleep perfect.

The villa is in the quartiere Agliastello, few meters away from via Cavour, the street where most of the noble palaces are. This is the oldest district of Noto characterized by small streets where cars cannot pass and therefore very calm. A part of Noto once neglected now becoming the most interesting part of the city for those looking for a real estate investment. A walk of just few minutes will bring you in front of the famous cathedral of Noto. Beware that you will not be able to arrive with you car in front of the main entrance of the Villa, we advise people to park in in via XX settembre (free parking) and then it is 30 seconds walk to reach the entrance.
