The villa is filled with natural light thanks to large panoramic windows facing the lake in the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom. The spacious outdoor area includes a large terrace, a private garden, and comfortable spaces for dining and relaxing, allowing guests to fully enjoy the surroundings. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen includes all necessary appliances, cookware, and tableware. Bed linen, fresh towels, and basic essentials such as soap are provided. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy outdoor dining with a barbecue, while in the colder season the fireplace adds a cozy atmosphere to the living space. A private hot tub is available seasonally. Please note that it is typically closed from mid-October until early April, although opening periods may vary depending on weather conditions and occupancy.
