It is a heaven of peace and tranquility surrounded by enchanting olive trees, lemon trees and vineyards. On the ground floor is a large open space with a cozy living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room that accommodates 20 guests and a fully-equipped kitchen. Its amenities include a large electric oven, large fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, wine cellar and even a real built-in pizza oven. The private outdoor dining space - great for barbecue - is surrounded by a lush garden. On this floor there's also an extra bathroom and a fully-equipped launderette. On the 1st floor you'll find 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. In total there are 2 double beds and 1 twin bed (which can be made into a double). Also on this level is a secluded solarium with a pool featuring a small waterfall and a characteristic pedestrian stone bridge. A hot shower, hydro-massage, sun beds, umbrellas and towels are all provided. And don't forget to watch the sun set from our rooftop terrace. The ideal spot for a glass of wine or 2...

The villa is located less than 1 mile from Sant’Agata village. Reach us by car in 5 mins! In the town center local amenities can be found, such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, car rental agency etc. And of course restaurants, including the renowned Michelin starred Don Alfonso 1890! Local bus lines from and to Sorrento (30 minutes one-way) and the Amalfi Coast also make a stop Sant’Agata. The villa is right next to a very suggestive farmhouse, Fattoria Terranova, where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily. All food is made with fresh seasonal ingredients grown on the farm. Nearby Torca village can be reached by a 10 min walk. And for any hikers and adventure lovers, The Crapolla Fiord can be reached through Torca. Local pebble beaches of Nerano Bay, La Conca del Sogno and Puolo are all only a short drive away and offer spectacular settings as well as "all you need", that is parking, food facilities, renting of sunbeds and umbrellas etc. Naples Airport (NAP) is about 1 hour drive from the villa or can be reached by bus from Sorrento. Ferries to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Naples and the Amalfi coast depart daily from the Port of Marina Grande in Sorrento.
