Our villa was built in the early 20th century. The sweeping views over Lake Maggiore and the mountains, the proximity to the lake and the promenade, and the view of the well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants will let you experience the flair of la dolce vita. We have lovingly restored our villa, preserving its historical elements and charm. We have also ensured that all modern comforts are provided.
We ourselves are captivated by the Mediterranean flair of Lake Maggiore, surrounded by the panoramic Alps. We want to share the mild climate, the Italian culture, the culinary delights, and the numerous leisure activities and sporting opportunities with our guests and warmly welcome you to our lovingly furnished apartments. We look forward to personal contact with our valued guests.
There are many swimming opportunities nearby. Restaurants, a small grocery store, a bakery, a supermarket, and a pharmacy are within walking distance. Hiking and biking trails start right at the house. Numerous hiking routes, such as those in Val Grande, are in the immediate vicinity. A sailing school and boat rental are 3 km away. Boat trips on the lake, for example to the beautiful Borromean Islands, as well as boat rentals, make the lake a truly memorable experience. Amusement and adventure parks are nearby. Skiing is available from Stresa, 10 km away. Milan can be reached by train in 1 hour. Como, Lugano, Ascona, and Varese are recommended for day trips. The Style Outlets Vicolungo are 45 minutes away, and the Serravalle Designer Outlet is 1.5 hours away.
