Villa Grazia is a semi-detached villa. The house is located on the first floor, while the owner usually lives on the ground floor. To get to the house you need to climb 2 flights of stairs. Two bedrooms have direct access to one of the two already equipped terraces that make up the structure, while the third bedroom has a large mirrored wardrobe. In the lounge and in all 3 bedrooms there are air conditioners, while the heaters are automatic. The property has a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi, and a further bathroom, where you can find the washing machine, but not equipped with a shower and / or bathtub. The view from the lounge terrace allows guests to admire a beautiful glimpse of our Gulf and, sometimes, to see the famous "Amerigo Vespucci", defined by an American aircraft carrier as "the most beautiful ship in the world.
