The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The main villa welcomes guests in large and bright rooms, characterized by a sober and contemporary elegance. The refined and welcoming living room opens onto a living area with sofas, TV and dining area, while the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for living the villa with maximum comfort. The annex, adjacent but independent, represents an intimate and private space, perfect for additional guests or staff.
