Charming apartment in a villa of the early '900 located on the shore of Lake Como. The apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people, consists of a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom, both very bright and with panoramic views, and a bathroom. The living room is furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a queen-sized sofa bed, two armchairs and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, crockery and linen. The living room leads to a balcony, on the first floor, overlooking the Lake. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. On the back of the villa there is a quiet garden with table and chairs where it is possible to dine. Direct access to the lake. 2 bikes are available for the guests. Free Wi-Fi. Heating not available.
