The whole property is fenced and includes a lush 4000 sq mt lawn garden. The wooden loggia with access to the indoor living room and kitchen is perfect for outdoor meals. The 1rst floor has a large shaded balcony with sunbeds and a splendid view of the countryside. The private swimming pool measure 10x6 with a depth of 1.6 metres, equipped with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and outdoor shower. The villa on 3 floors has a modern furniture, marble pavements and siding, it is all connected via an indoor staircase. The main entrance on the gr. floor leads to the luminous living room, with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player and French doors with access to the garden. 2 steps take you to the dining room and to the well-equipped kitchen. A studio with a single sofa-bed and a guest bathroom round off the gr. floor. On the 1st floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower with massaging jets and leads to the covered terrace with view, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with tub and shower. The basement floor (accessible both from in and outdoors) has a large double bedroom with a supplementary single bed, a bathroom with shower and a washing room with dryer. The house is on a country road in a quiet area. Despite being in the countryside, you are close to the city of Carrara and to the beaches of Marina di Carrara. The motorway is also easy to reach. Air conditioning in the 1st floor bedrooms and in the basement room. The price includes linen (changed weekly), utilities (not heating), AC. Upon request swimming towels and to be paid for at the house: cookery courses, dinners, hired help, guided hiking tours, sailing trips with a skipper, trips to the art cities of Tuscany, babysitter, discounts for nightclubs, shops, restaurants and fitness centres. IMPORTANT INFO: the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer up to 3 days after checking out.
