The property is managed by a local family, mother and daughter, who will be at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay in order to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

Property info

The property is located in Lido di Venezia, in the heart of the historical place of Malamocco, characterized by a modern and Mediterranean style with aquamarine colored floors that recall the color of the sea which is located just a few steps away from the hotel. It has large windows that allow direct access to the garden, where you can relax, read a book or have a rich breakfast buffet in the morning. Perfect location to go to the sea and visit Venice and the islands thanks to the numerous means of transport that allow connection.

Neighborhood info

The area is very famous for the sea, the beaches, the sports fields such as the Venice Golf Club and the famous Venice Film Festival which hosts internationally renowned artists. The property is also in a convenient position for visiting the historic center of Venice and the surrounding islands thanks to the numerous continuous connections, even at night. In fact, you can take the waterbus from Santa Maria Elisabetta station that will take you to San Zaccaria in just 15 minutes, where you can admire the wonder of Piazza San Marco.
