la struttura è una grande villa suddivisa in più appartamenti indipendenti, con un grande spazio esterno, giardino, ed alberi da frutto, con parcheggio interno per ogni singola abitazione. Siamo a 50 passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di Fontane Bianche, e nei dintorni ci sono locali caratteristici e lidi attrezzati
La spiaggia di Fontane Bianche è un arenile di sabbia bianca, la località e la spiaggia prendono il nome dalle numerose sorgenti di acqua dolce che sgorgano sul fondale. Dista 10 Km da Siracusa ed Ortigia, 5 km da Avola, 15 Km da Noto ecc, nei dintorni ci sono molti locali, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Marchet e Gelaterie, ideale anche per una vacanza di Cultura e Natura. La spiaggia di Fontane Bianche ha un mare trasparente, adatto ai bambini di qualsiasi età, grazie anche alla temperatura calda delle sue acque. Nella spiaggia troviamo in estate sia tratti di spiaggia libera accessibile a tutti, sia diversi lidi balneari, attrezzati con sdraio, ombrelloni, canoe, pedalò, docce, servizi e bar forniti di bibite, gelati, caffè, panini, nonché primi piatti.
