Villa Niccolò is located in Griante di Cadenabbia, the location of the property is very central, walking distance from the lake . The apartment is on the 1st floor of the Villa and it is divided on two levels, on the ground floor at the entrance there is a big dining/living area overlooking the lake, kitchen with access to the panoramic terrace; one bathroom with Jacuzzi, one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom room; on the first floor there is a small single bedroom, an open space with a double bed, one bathroom with shower. In the apartment can sleep 7 people comfortable. We will provide all linen, bed linen and towels.
We are an incoming travel agency and we have the exclusive management of Villa Niccolò. From April to October we arrange also excursions on lake Como and at Villa Niccolò you will find our brochure with all the details on what you can do durIng your stay . Whatever you need feel free to contact us.
Villa Niccolò is located in one of the prettiest area of Lake Como in a very convenient location . At a walking distance from the Villa Niccolò you can find restaurants, bars and shops. Ferry and steamers landing stage is located at 5 inutes walking distance.
