Villa Roccia di Mare is a small gem located in one of the most exclusive spots on the island of Capri, in the bay of Torre Saracena (Marina Piccola). It is positioned directly in front of the Faraglioni, which can be fully admired from every part of the house, the terrace, and the garden. The villa enjoys sunlight all day long, and in the evening, the sunset and the moonlight make the breathtaking natural scenery even more magical. Accessible by car, the villa boasts a very rare privilege for the island: direct access to the sea, just 60 meters away, where there is an exclusive beach club with a restaurant. On the ground floor, there is a large terrace with a romantic semicircular whirlpool pool overlooking the sea, complete with an outdoor shower. From the terrace, you enter the house. The ground floor includes a living room with sofas, a dining table and TV, a first bathroom, and a separate kitchen that leads directly to the outdoor dining area. On the first floor, connected to the ground floor by an internal staircase, there is a double bedroom with a TV and spacious private bathroom, and a second double bedroom with an additional bathroom (toilet and sink).
