Villa Rosato is a family run old rustic house, completely renovated in 2013, keeping the original charm of the existing building in the centre of Selva di Fasano. It is perfect for families, groups, friends and “free souls” that search comfort, courtesy and relaxation, without being tied to schedules and classical hotel services. The self-catering apartments are the ideal place to enjoy, at any time of the year a pleasant stay, combining the sea, the beaches, the cultural excursions, the hills and sports in a single holiday. Due to its altitude, la Selva is overlooking the territory of the trulli and other typical Apulian houses, but also the principal town of Fasano.From the top of its hills the area is covered with natural flora that is formed by the forest including oaks, holm oak, pine, chestnut, cypress and fir trees, olive trees, fig trees, carob and walnut. The area is safeguarded by a mild and particularly healthy climate. If you are tired and want to relax, and do not fancy cooking or going far to find a restaurant, Villa Rosato, has a special agreement with a restaurant in the area, where you can have your local Apulian dinner at a reasonable price.

The strategic location at walking distance from the main street, guarantees, if wanted, the nightly entertainment of the renowned Casina Municipale, home of many social and cultural initiatives. The lively Tennis Club Fasano, also open to external people and located right across the street, organizes recreational activities and hosts various sporting events including the Italian Open circuit. To mention some routes, at just 2 km driving, you can visit the Safari Park, the largest wildlife park in Europe, with inside the amusement park called Fasanolandia, with more than 25 attractions for all ages. For walking and bike tours lovers , various paths are worth to be discovered: stone walls, almond trees, vineyards, olive trees and breathtaking views overlooking the entire Valley from where you see the neighboring countries and all the coast road from Ostuni to Monopoli.
