The Villa Scarpariello Relais is LOCATED BY THE SEA, in a refined and peaceful setting. This historic residence offers beautiful ROOMS WITH SEA VIEWS, stunning gardens and SUN TERRACES. Guests have exclusive use of a PANORAMIC SWIMMING POOL and PRIVATE ACCESS TO THE SEA. PARKING IS INCLUDED in front of the Villa entrance. MEALS (not included and always subject to availability) can be conveniently booked on site only, including breakfast, lunch, dinner. CHECK-IN is available from 2 pm to 5 pm. Please note that failure to communicate your arrival time by email will prevent check-in. Check-in before 2 pm or after 5 pm is subject to availability and incurs an additional charge. RECEPTION HOURS are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. THE RECEPTION IS ONLY VIRTUAL VIA EMAIL OR TELEPHONE CONTACT. There are STAIRS in the Villa from the main road to the sea. We recommend that you bring light luggage. A LUGGAGE SERVICE is available at an additional cost and subject to availability. Please book in advance by email. Due to the historic structure of the villa, WI-FI is ONLY available in communal areas. Please note that all villa services are subject to availability and schedules, and may be modified or suspended due to vaccination measures, force majeure, government decrees and ordinances. No refunds will be given. In the event of failure to comply with the rules outlined in the info book provided in each accommodation unit, management is authorized to charge a penalty to your credit card.

THE BUS STOP is a few metres from the main entrance of the Villa. A TAXI OR TRANSFER BY THE SEA is available (external services are subject to timetables, weather conditions and availability, and must be booked in advance by email for an additional charge).
