The flats Silvia are completely renovated and are fully equipped! The apartments have a washing machine, sauna, 2 TV's in the bedroom and in the living room, modern bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. There is a free parking space in each apartment! The flats have a balcony and a great view! The location of the flats is very good! In 5 minutes you can be in the city of BRIXEN.

The location of Apartments Silvia is fantastic! The flats are on the 2nd floor of a residential building! You are in the middle of nature and have a great view! The residential area is very quiet! The location is ideal for hiking, winter sports and city sightseeing! Svhabs is located right in the centre of south tyrol and therefore villa silvia is the ideal starting point for all activities!
