La nostra casa vacanza è situata al primo piano di una villetta con doppio ingresso indipendente. Vi sono tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due con letti singoli, una cucina attrezzata, un bagno privato e una splendida e grande terrazza a vostra completa disposizione, che affaccia sul giardino in comune. Avete a disposizione un posteggio privato. A soli 300 m a piedi dalla struttura vi è una bellissima spiaggia con sabbia fine e vista Etna. Nel giardino in comune vivono anche due dolci cani di media taglia.

Villa Viola si trova in posizione ottimale per visitare l'intera costa orientale Siciliana, infatti dista 30 km dalla caotica Catania, per serate notturne e non; 40 km dal centro di Siracusa e dalla magica isola di Ortigia, città greca e del gran Archimede; 60 km dall' Etna, il vulcano attivo più alto d'Europa, dove è possibile fare escursioni e giornate sulla neve; 80 km da Taormina, una delle mete preferite dai turisti; 50/60 km da Ragusa e Noto, città del barocco; 90 km da Marzamemi. Tutto ciò raggiungibile tramite autostrada, lo svincolo autostradale si trova a 5 minuti da Villa Viola.
