An apartment where the sea meets Rome Welcome to this fully renovated apartment on the fourth floor of an elegant building in Ostia Lido — the perfect base for those who want to enjoy the sea without giving up the Eternal City. The beach and Lido Centro station are just a short walk away, with Rome reachable in 25 minutes by train. Fiumicino Airport is only 11 km away. The apartment 55 m2 furnished with care and personality, where every detail has been designed for your comfort. The open-plan living area opens onto a sunny private terrace with table and chairs — perfect for a morning coffee or an evening aperitivo. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster and kettle. On arrival you'll find a welcome basket with coffee, tea and snacks. The double bedroom is cosy and quiet, with quality linen, bedside lamps, wardrobe and a private balcony. The apartment is located in the center of Ostia in via delle Baleari, a quiet street, parallel to via delle Baleniere, one of the main streets for shopping. The Lido Centro station is about 8 minutes away on foot, while it takes 10 minutes on foot to get to the pier (sea). Just one minute away there is a supermarket, pizzeria, bar and bakery; while the pharmacy and the gym are about 3 minutes walk away.
