“住宿地點位於久留米市中心，鄰近知名的大砲拉麵本店。即使大樓本身老舊，但屋主把房間維護得很好，整齊乾淨明亮，床鋪非常舒適，房間隔音良好，夜晚沒有任何噪音。大樓後方提供住客用停車場，為了管理車位，有限制要停在某個停車位，但我入住的這一天除了我的車子以外，沒有任何其他車輛停在此停車場。採自助式入住，入住前幾天會收到大門密碼鎖的密碼，非常方便，住宿當天會關心是否順利入住，很貼心。雖然屋主只會說日文，但有在房間內張貼多國語言的遙控器使用說明，很體貼。房間內提供廚房、廚具、電飯鍋、洗衣機等，非常方便。”
