築100年を超える古民家を約1年間かけて改装した宿になります。 駅から車で10分程度の場所になります。 無料送迎サービスもございますので、ぜひご利用ください。 "飛騨ならでは"の"古民家"でのご滞在をお楽しみ頂ければ幸いです。 “SOY” is a 100-year-old Japanese style house, located in Hida- Takayama of Gifu prefecture, renovated into a warm and comfortable guest house & café and we have opened on the 3rd of March, 2015. All kinds of popular Japanese food such as soy sauce, miso, natto, tofu are made of “soy beans.” We are ready to and capable of making changes, just like these soy beans, to make the place even cozier for all comers. We wish our guest house to be a place where people can exchange their thoughts to make tomorrow a better day.
