Located at only 2 mins walk from JR Takayama station and 1 min walk from Takayama Nohi Bus Terminal. Very convenient for public transport users (JR Train and/or Long-distance Bus). (No car park available, so not recommended for traveler with car) It is perfect for family traveller of up to 4 adults + 2 child, as there are 4 single beds in a Family Room, with private bathroom, only for the guests. No additional charge for children, if they stay in the same beds with adults. It's self-checkin system, without any checkin procedures. Next to the Family Room, there is newly-opened Japanese soup-curry restaurant, very popular among locals.

We hope you enjoy your stay in Takayama town, small but unique and beautiful town with old touch. As owner family, we usually don't stay nearby, but we are ready to support you via online (Line App or WhatsApp), whatever you need during your stay.

Only less than 10 mins walk from our house will lead you to "old town" or "Sanmachi" area, which is popular tourists site with traditional Japanese architecture and landscape all year around. Jinya old government office, miyagawa morning market, festicval floats museum, higashiyama temple walking courses, sakurayama shrine, etc. are all in walkable distance from Sanmachi Area and our House. "Shirakawago" is another famous spot as World Cultural Heritage, which is easily accessible from takayama Nohi bus terminal by express bus services (it takes about 50 mins to go). If you look for private chartered van with a driver, it is available by 30,000yen, as half day tour to Shirakawago, start and end at our house, or Takayama station.
