Originally built as a wooden residence over 30 years ago, it has been carefully renovated using natural materials to preserve its warmth and charm. Featuring impressive exposed beams, an open atrium, and large windows that connect the interior and exterior, the space is designed around the concept of harmony with nature. The house blends seamlessly with the changing scenery of the birch trees throughout the seasons, offering a one-of-a-kind place where you can truly experience the tranquility and atmosphere of Azumino. From the living room, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, or simply relax while gazing at the seasonal beauty of the birch grove. At night, we recommend stepping outside to admire the star-filled sky and enjoy peaceful conversations under the stars. There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom on the second floor, a Japanese-style bedroom on the first floor, and an additional tatami room that opens for groups of seven or more guests — providing spacious comfort for all. The villa also offers convenient access to many sightseeing spots, including the Azumino Art Line, local hot springs, Matsumoto City, and Hakuba. It’s an ideal base for those who wish to experience life in harmony with nature.
