Company info

Founded in 1979, at the beginning of the ski boom in Japan during 80’s and 90’s. The original owner, with a love for Japanese carpentry, operated the business for 34 years, closing in 2013. Recently, Japan has enjoyed a rise in popularity amongst international travelers, who seem to enjoy the freedom in designing their own unique itinerary. Reopening in 2020, we are adding a modern Japanese flare to the original log cabin design.

Naeba, Niigata, where you can find BEST "JAPOW". Beautiful nature in all four seasons. Self check in and out, a lounge area with a fireplace, a main dining area, a free laundry room, a 24 hour vending machine, and our wellness center which includes a gym, a state of the art sauna, and a Japanese style bath, all which make a long term visit very comfortable.
