Naka Karuizawa Koya Backpackers hostel is a traditional Japanese home. The building was moved from its original location to Karuizawa in the early 1900's. We have renovated the building without altering its original atmosphere...the floors still make sounds and the noise of the wind and the light from outside remind you that you are staying in an authentic Japanese traditional home. There are no key at each rooms, please use the lockers or take care of your important items your self.
