Located in the famous Okuhida Onsengo hot springs area, Okuhida Garden Hotel Yakedake offers relaxing hot-spring baths, a Korean-style sauna and a unique karaoke train. Rooms feature views of nature. From JR Takayama Train Station, the hotel is a 70-minute bus ride away on the Shinhotaka route. Open-air and indoor public hot spring baths are offered, and 3 baths can be reserved for private use (for an extra fee). The hotel features a unique cave bath. Alpen Rose Restaurant overlooks the Hirayu River and serves Indian food and coffee. Multi-course meals of local delicacies are served at the event hall for breakfast and dinner.
