I like to be with nice people, like to travel individually and like to ride my motorbike. German, married a singhalese girl in 1990, both worked in germany. A dear little daughter. Emigrated in December 2014 to operate our hotel.

Property info

Land bought in 1994 to build a house, but too good for that. 2 years planning phase for the hotel, 2 years to get the approvals. Construction of the supply tract 2002-04, then Tsunami came. Repair. Building stop because of 100m buffer zone. Then construction of the hotel tract with 6 bedrooms from 2006 to 2012. Extension of the offer by our Cocobello Restaurant 2017 and the open Cabana in the typical local style 2018.

Neighborhood info

Hotel's direct beach access offers a bath at the fine sandy beach. Long walks on the beach are possible. Relaxing in the large garden without disturbance from outside. A boat trip in the Madu River is a must, and there is a beautiful temple nearby.
