New built property Located within walking distance to Tangier football stadium, swimming pools, tennis courts. 10 minutes drive from the airport 10 minutes drive to multiple beautiful sandy beaches 15 minutes drive from Old city, beautiful Corniche and Marina. Tangier is called Prince of Morocco.

New built blocks near the Sports City, which will host the Africa Cup 2025 and co-host the World. Cup 2030. The swimming pools and tennis courts are 5 minutes walk. Lots of eating out options, strolling on the grassy hills, Mosque within 2 minutes walk from the flat. There are several beaches and scenic views within 15 minutes drive, where the 2 seas meet It's about 8 minutes drive from the airport and 3 minutes drive from Aswak Assalaam superstore.
