Il se compose de 3 chambres, dont 1 en suite et dispose d’un rooftop aménagé avec vue sur le Morne et le lagon. Le coin salon est meublé : 1 canapé confortable, une table basse et une télévision murale. Une cuisine ouverte, avec baies vitrées donnant sur une terrasse, entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers de qualité (réfrigérateur, four, lave-vaisselle, plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes) et des plans de travail. Une table bar avec des tabourets hauts sert de coin repas. La chambre principale : 1 grand lit double, 1 armoire et salle de bains privative avec lavabo, douche et toilettes. La décoration est apaisante, avec des tons neutres et des textiles de qualité. 2ème chambre : confortable avec un lit double et une armoire. 3ème chambre : un lit double avec un meuble de rangement Une deuxième salle de bains avec lavabo, douche et toilettes est disponible pour les deux chambres secondaires. Rooftop : avec vue panoramique sur la mer et la montagne, aménagé avec meubles du jardin et BBQ à gaz. Autres : climatisation dans toutes les chambres et le salon, wifi haut débit, parking et ménage 3 fois par semaine.
