The apartment is less than 50 meters from the sea and provides easy walking access to a private beach, swimming area, sun loungers, and absolute tranquility. Ideal for couples seeking a peaceful getaway, enjoy the soothing sound of the waves and the exclusivity of coastal living. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a private terrace/veranda.

Neighborhood info

Le studio se trouve dans une résidence privée de très haut standing avec une plage privée, chaises longues et accès direct à la mer. La résidence est sécurisée avec un gardien 24h/24. Depuis le logement il sera très facile d'aller découvrir l'ensemble de la côte Ouest, le sud sauvage (Le Morne 25 min) ou encore le centre et Chamarel. Port Louis est à environ 45 min de voiture, le nord (Grand Baie) à 1h. Le parking sur place est garantie dans la cour privée.
