This state-of-the-art 3 bedroom flex, 2.5 bath condo is located in Avalon, a new lifestyle building in the heart of the Amapas District. The apartment is less than 7 minute's walk from the beach. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 4th floor (11 stories in the building) comes with an open plan Italian kitchen and living room. We have the best sky bar, infinity pools (blue and green), and a jacuzzi with panoramic views, delicious cocktails, and luxurious tanning beds.

This apartment has a great location in Amapas, near the Romantic Zone and Beach Los Muertos. With a breathtaking ocean view, you will have sunset views every day. Located in the heights, you will have the best of both worlds, mountains, and sea.
