Comfortable and renovated building of 2-bedroom apartments within 10 minutes from beach Playa de Oro by car, the hotel zone and its restaurants, shops, shopping malls and the best nightlife in Puerto Vallarta. Old Town and “El Malecon” broadwalk are also within 15 minutes. All apartments have a private living room, dining room, kitchen, 32’’ SMART TV, high-speed WIFI, full-bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a closet each. Public transportation, convenience stores, pharmacies, Costco, Wal-Mart, and markets are also blocks away.

The neighborhood is very traditional and peaceful. It is perfect for those traveling for leisure or business, and for all kinds of trips and holidays. It is located within 5 minutes from Fluvial and Pitillal area, and just two blocks away from public transportation, convenience stores, pharmacies, shops, markets, restaurants and all you might need during your stay. Also within 5 minutes are a Costco, Wal-Mart, Sams Club, shopping centres, gyms and the beach is less than 10 minutes away.
