Enjoy our city in this property full of calm, a small property but with large spaces, located in a tourist area but very calm, where you can walk, stop, observe and feel how time stops. Although there are already new buildings, you can still feel the essence of Nuevo Vallarta from years ago. Walk only 300 meters and you are at the entrance of the beach, an extensive beach where you can walk on its breakwater into the sea and see the best sunsets of the bay.
We love to share the experience of living in this area, seeing our customers rest, making them feel local from a tourist point.
Walkable area, 1 block from Marina Nuevo Vallarta, area with restaurants, 3 blocks of entrance to the beach. The area is very quiet and with little noise in working time. Come and rest inside the marina of Nuevo Vallarta.
