I am a former professional classical musician and professor of music. I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta during my first visit in 2004 and visited several times a year before finally moving here full time in 2022. I live in the building and am always available to help guests with anything they might need or any questions they might have.

Location! Location! Location! The perfect place to stay for exploring the city, enjoying the beach, sampling the local cuisine, or experiencing PV's famous nightlife. The apartment is located in a small, 8-unit building on the second floor (two flights of steps). You enter into the living area with a sofa bed and dining area. To the left is a well-equipped kitchen and through the kitchen is the bathroom. The larger bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of closet space, and a smart TV. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space and a smart TV. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit, USB outlets and Bluetooth speaker. Bedding, bathroom essentials, cleaning supplies and drinking water are all provided. This apartment is on the back side of the building which means it is very quiet, but also quite dark. There are small exterior windows in each bedroom and an interior window in the living area. If you plan to primarily use the apartment to relax, rest from the beach or from a night out clubbing, then this is the perfect space for you!

The neighborhood is very energetic and lively! Restaurants, bars, shops, theater, live music, and the river are all at your doorstep! Most everything you need is within walking distance—everything from the markets, festivals and shows to the Malecón to the iconic Virgin of Guadalupe church, to the restaurants, bars and nightclubs of Zona Romántica, to the pier and the famous Los Muertos Beach. There is free parking on the street or a very inexpensive parking garage around the corner. There is a taxi stand at the end of the block. Buses that can take you everywhere from Walmart and Costco to beach towns up and down the coast all stop within 2-4 blocks. Uber and InDriver are also easy to use.
