Magnífico departamento en cuarta planta de un edificio tranquilo, cuenta con elevador. Tiene vistas a la montaña. Incluye triturador de comida, lavavajillas, lavadora 2 en 1, 3 aires acondicionadores, WiFi y 3 televisores. También incluye vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina. Tiene cortinas blackout y antiruido en ambas recamaras. Durante el día, entra luz natural en la sala. El departamento tiene 2 recamaras con camas king size y 2 baños y medio. Encimeras de cuarzo y sala de estar abierta. Great condo on 4th floor in quiet building with elevator on-site. Has mountain views. Includes food garburator, dishwasher, 2in1 clothes washer, 3 air conditioners, WiFi, 3 TVs. Also includes tableware, silverware and cooking utensils. Blackout and noise-reducing curtains in both bedrooms. Lots of sunlight comes in through to the living area during the day. Condo has 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2.5 bathrooms. Quartz countertops and open living area.
Excelente colonia residencial. Se puede pasear tranquilamente por las tardes y noches sin ningún problema. La colonia es céntrica, por lo que es fácil acceder al aeropuerto, las playas, etc. Hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia para ir a pie. Great residential, upscale neighborhood. Can easily take a walk in the evenings without issue. The neighborhood is in the middle of Puerto Vallarta so easy access to airport, beaches, etc. There are several restaurants walking distance.
