We are Team Ana, Alessandra, Patsy, and Belén—two sisters, one based in Guadalajara and the other in Riviera Nayarit, along with our dear friends Patsy and Belén—working together on this fantastic project: Pardela. We are passionate about travel, adventure, and creating a home-away-from-home experience for our guests.

Two-bedroom apartment in Zona Dorada, Bucerías. The open living spaces and spacious terrace makes it a perfect home away from home. Working space available and reliable Wifi connection . This unit is perfect for short or medium-term rentals and a place to call home.

The building boasts an incredible rooftop infinity pool, a gym, underground parking, and a prime location in the heart of Bucerías. Just two blocks from the beach, it offers easy access to diverse restaurants. Both the apartment and common areas have high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or studying. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, and various shops, the area has a lively atmosphere, so some noise is to be expected. Additionally, Bucerías is continuously growing, and ongoing construction in the area may generate noise during the day.
