We want to offer you the ideal place, to rest and relax. FOR THAT REASON: · The facilities are for exclusive use of the people who booked. (Without additional guests, children or pets). · This is not a place for parties or smokers. · Welcome teenagers and young people with good behavior. · Out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that music does not exceed a moderate volume and ends before 11 PM. · The pool schedule is from 8 AM to 8 PM · The air conditioning schedule is from 8 PM to 8 AM · Upon arrival, we request a good faith deposit, 200 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure. · Check in time is after 3 PM and Check out before Noon. Mexico’s Central Time.

We are located on a rustic road very close to the main avenue (where all kinds of cars can circulate), our beach is still virgin, without so many people and is the cleanest and without pollution in the whole area. There is a famous restaurant 100 mts from us “El Barracuda“ but all Restaurants, Grocery stores and Laundry are at Punta de Mita downtown just 8 minutes driving ( 4 miles walking ) You can take taxis but if you rent a car, you can also visit some interesting nearby sites.
