Welcome to Suite 15.You will love the comfort and quality of the furnishings. Your suite has a dining space, cosy lounge seating, Samsung Frame TV, a well-equipped kitchen and ensuite bathroom. The Kitchenette is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction hob, dishdrawer, Nespresso machine and high quality crockery and glassware to make meal prep easy. Stunning views from all Suites, of either the Remarkables mountain range, surrounding hills or Coronet peak ski field, lends to the sense of escape and serenity of the alpine experience. Each suite has a guest controlled heating and air-conditioning system. Access to the property is via a secure lock box which will give you a fob to access the building and an electronic key card for the door of your Suite. Clear, simple check-in instructions will be emailed to you prior to arrival. Complementary designated carparking comes with your booking. A guest laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing boards and irons are available free of charge and are located on the same floor. 12th Avenue Suites is located in the newly developed precinct known as Kawarau Park, on the 1st floor of the Queenstown Centre of Medical Excellence, opposite Southern Cross Hospital and neighbouring Arvida luxury retirement village. This offers an excellent accommodation choice for those visiting the local community or people within the medical profession. If you need a chemist, hairdresser, convenience store, Pilates studio or want to visit the ever-popular 11th Avenue by Franks café/restaurant, all these are a short walk from your home away from home. Less than a kilometre away is The Hayes restaurant, bar and café.

12th Avenue Suites are located in the newly developed precinct known as Kawarau Park and are located on the 1st floor offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The fabulous vineyards of Central Otago are in close proximity and we are only a 15-20 min drive into downtown Queenstown. Access to the surrounding ski fields is also very convenient. Queenstown Central and Five Mile shopping and restaurant precincts are only a 5 minute drive away.
